Before booking

Dearest clients 

Before booking please read our strict policies and salon etiquette rules. Booking an appointment means you have understood and accepted these terms and conditions. 

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES:

At DeNelle Salon we strive to run on time for our clients giving each client the time they deserve and require for their booked treatment. To ensure each client is given the care they need we ask that each client comes on time. Please allow for traffic, parking, etc. 

Late arrivals may not be serviced as this delays the next clients appointment. 

We require 48hours notice for all cancellations. No shows will require to pay the full amount of their booked service/s. Failing to pay for NO SHOWS may result in future bookings being cancelled.

Cancellations are to be done VIA APP or text. Missed calls and emails are not accepted for cancelling as they can be missed by our staff. 

Should the technicians/staff run behind schedule or need to cancel your appointments due to illness, unforeseen circumstances etc the client the technician will reschedule the clients booking. Sometimes this in unavoidable as we are working with many clients daily and we ask for your patience in times like this. You will be made a priority should this unlikely event happen.

SALON ETIQUETTE: 

We kindly ask that each person respect each clients appointment times as they may be trying to relax and unwind.

Please finish all calls before entering the salon. 

We are a child friendly premises, although the salon has many sharps, flammables, and breakables. We advise all parents that any damages and breakables will be asked to be paid for. Parents please note some clients are in other treatment rooms relaxing. Therapists are working with sharp tools and hot products , for safety reasons we ask all children to be seated. 

Please note we do have flexible hours and open weekends to accomodate for parents who wish to attend without their children. 

Please no food or drinks in salon. 

We will not accept any form of rudeness to our staff or other clients. We will not accept words of racism or ill words to any religion or sexuality 

If we feel that any of our staff are spoken to with disrespect you will be asked to leave and not return to the salon. 

This is a space of kindness and acceptance. 

COVID: Should you feel unwel, or have Covid, we ask you to not attend your appointment to keep our staff, clients and space a safe environment.
